You Can Help

Theft, vandalism, neglect, tourism, natural destructive processes, even some well-meaning conservation practices — all of these factors put exposed cultural objects at risk.

Cultural Heritage Imaging (CHI) drives development and adoption of practical digital imaging and preservation solutions for anyone passionate about saving humanity's treasures today, before they are lost.

Make a Difference

Students at Chersonesos Cultural Heritage Imaging (CHI) works hard to develop and promote adoption of practical solutions in digital imaging and cultural preservation. We hope to inspire all people who are passionate about studying and documenting humanity's treasures before they are lost. You can help!

How to Donate and Why

We have been fortunate in being awarded a number of grants from prestigious institutions and organizations. This is wonderful, of course, as these grants support our mission in cultural documentation and preservation.

However, our grant funding is always tied to the specific projects for which we wrote the grants, and, generally speaking, it cannot be spent on daily operations. We need money to keep the lights on in our San Francisco office and other everyday expenditures. Even small contributions will help!
